Homework week 2

Hi everyone,
for homework this week I have given out a small writing activity.


Topic: Mr.Austin is lucky to have me in the class because. 
Can be paragraphs or bullet points.

 The students can return the hand written sheets or publish on a device and email back to me. They might like to insert an image if they complete the task this way.



Also, we talked about the platypus. See link below. Extra homework (optional)- find out 10 interetsing things about this animal and share during oral langauge time next week.

Hi everyone,
welcome to the new school year. We have a great class and two awesome teachers. Our blog will be used for a few different things. One way we can use it is to set tasks for homework.

To get us started, here is a small homework task for the first week. Have fun. We know you will have a great time and learn a lot in the mighty room 10! 

Task: Think about your year at school in 2014.

1) 5 things I am good at
2) 3 things I would like to improve
3) 2 learning goals for this year
4) List the top 5 things you think make a great teacher.
